In the first half of 2024, in the face of the turbulent international situation and increasingly fierce market competition, all employees of Qugu Group worked hard, took responsibility, and achieved the set goals for the first half of the year. In order to encourage the whole staff to strengthen their ideals and beliefs and continue to forge ahead, as the party's birthday is approaching, more than 300 employees of the group headquarters took eight buses to Shuitian Dam in Zigui County, Yichang on June 22 to carry out a one-day group building activity with the theme of "feeling the party's kindness, remembering the martyrs, seeing changes, promoting energy and helping revitalization.

At 6:30 in the morning, all gathered at the group headquarters to hold the opening ceremony, and the flag was given to board the bus and set off.

At 8:30, I arrived at the Huanxi River Rural Revitalization Demonstration Zone and visited the Orange Garden in Pengjiapo Village, Longkou Viewing Platform and the Core Demonstration Base of Qugu Boutique Orchard in Wangjiaqiao Village to feel the achievements of rural revitalization.

At 10:30, all members of Qu Gu Group walked into the Maying Red Education Base, paid tribute to the Maying Revolutionary Martyrs Monument, presented flower baskets to the revolutionary martyrs, and visited the Maying Soviet Area Revolutionary History Exhibition Hall.

In the afternoon, the whole battalion members experienced a sweet meal at the Ma Ying base and took a break for outward bound training activities. All the participants were divided into eight teams. After brainstorming, they completed the conception and design of their team names and slogans. The positive energy teams full of passion and closely related to "orange" came into being. With the loud slogans and songs of the teams, Qu Gu's high-spirited fighting spirit became the most beautiful scenery.

Under the leadership of the eight team leaders, all the team members successively carried out training projects such as "Interesting Caterpillar", "Land Dragon Boat", "Rewalking the Long March Road", "Interesting Tug-of-war", and "Fire Drill. The well-designed expansion projects have stimulated everyone's strong interest and enthusiasm for participation. With the cooperation of the team members, they actively participate, face difficulties, and boldly challenge themselves. All the team members worked together, no one flinched or gave up, everyone with indomitable spirit and tenacious perseverance, devoted themselves wholeheartedly, conscientiously completed every training action, and went all out to accept every extreme challenge. All teams have successfully completed each expansion project. We are deeply aware of the close relationship between individuals and teams, between individuals and individuals, and sharing weal and woe, which has stimulated the infinite power of everyone to contribute to the vigorous development of the company.

At the end of the activity, the leaders of general manager office presented awards to the top three teams that won the activity. Li Zong made a concluding speech on the activity.
